Sweetest Day originally began as a day to give candy – in fact, it was established by candy companies in Cleveland who donated over 25,000 boxes of chocolates to orphans and shut-ins. Although many cynics saw the event as a blatant effort to promote the purchase of their products, the day has survived for over 100 years and is today known as a wonderful day to let people know you care about them.
Campbell’s Flowers has the flowers and gift baskets you’ll need to let someone know that they are the sweetest!
Recent studies by Rutgers University have proven that flowers really do make us happier. So if you have a friend struggling through a hard time, looking for work, or missing a loved one – sending a bouquet of flowers is not only a sweet gesture but can actually help to elevate their mood and lift their spirits. We love bright and cheerful flowers, such as gerbera daisies, roses, mums, and lilies to create bouquets and floral designs sure to generate some smiles.

Here’s a Tip: In a world of electronics, a handwritten note is a welcome surprise. Let them know how special they are to you, how much you believe in them, and that you will always have their back.
Sweetest Day may not be the most popular holiday but certainly is a meaningful one. If you have people in your life who need a smile, send a floral design from our Pueblo shop. We have been helping our friends and neighbors to cheer people up for decades. On October 21, tell someone that they are the sweetest – with a bouquet from Campbell’s Flowers.
