Pueblo, CO. is introducing four edible landscape gardens for local residents to use, harvest, and enjoy crops for free. This is the second year that the Pueblo Food Project is taking over these gardens to grow vegetables, herbs, and edible plants, such as basil, tomatoes, and squash for the community. Campbell’s Flowers & Greenhouses is also playing a vital role this year, as they are a main supplier of young plants and germinated seeds.
